From Louisville, Ohio. Graduate of Kent State in1967. Commissioned as Ensign on graduation. Received training as Line Officer, Communications, Communications Security and Amphibious. First duty aboard USS Oak Hill , with one Vietnam deployment 6/68-4/69, followed by 2 years as Comm Ofcr NAS North Island. Jul1971 -11/74 Data Center mgmt for EDS. Nov 1974 moved to Plymouth and spent 26 years in Data Center mgmt for First Chicago NBD until retiring in 2000.​
